Refund Policy

Subscriptions

HouseSync subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Eligible Refunds

  • Duplicate charges
  • Fraudulent transactions (with documented evidence)
  • Accidental upgrades charged within 48 hours (downgrade applied)

For eligible refunds, contact support at support@housesync.net within 14 days of the charge.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution. We will provide evidence to payment processors if needed.
